User testing
Our products are user-tested to ensure they are easy to understand and use. We've finished our recent testing of TeachNZ forms but are always looking for people who would be interested in testing our products for usability and providing feedback. The process If you sign up, you'll be given about 1-2 weeks notice of when a testing session will be commencing, and we'll confirm you are still available. Once your participation is confirmed, you will be completing the user-testing process in one of two ways: 1. reviewing the material in at home or office, returning it to us when complete and filling out a quick online feedback form telling us how you got on, or calling us so we can take down your feedback over the phone. 2. Coming to a user-testing session, using the materials after a briefing seesion and participating in a Q&A session to tell us how you got on (this may be done in a small group if people are available at the same time). These sessions will take place at our office and should take no longer than 60 minutes. We provide a $30 Warehouse voucher and a box of chocs to all participants as a token of our appreciation for your time and commitment. |  |
